I could not be more happy with both the product and the customer service on my order. Prior to ordering, I reached out and spoke to Anne asking if it would be possible to get the necklaces shipped to me with one side engraved, but sent back at a later date for the fingerprints as I was purchasing these necklaces as a gift for my wife and baby who hadn’t been born yet.

Not only was Anne able to assist with my request, but she went above and beyond to help get the necklaces to me in a hurry, which ended up saving the day as our baby girl came early!

I appreciated that not only did I get a beautiful gift, but felt like I was working with a business that truly cared about making the gift special. Thank you for for creating a special moment for us Anne!

I gifted this pendant to myself to mark the end of my breastfeeding journey with my daughter. I have had the pendant for a couple of months now and it feels high quality.
